Case reviews aren’t as hard to understand as you may think. There are a few instances in which a case review may be necessary. Case reviews are used to help a case after its verdict.
What is a Case Review?
A case review is the process by which evidence is reevaluated in order to either accept or create a plea deal or to garner a new and different verdict than what was originally decided upon.
Prepare for a Case Review
There are a couple of different ways to prepare for a case review. The first is to collect all your facts. The second step is to practice possible questions that may be asked.
